Can we bring our existing records in?
Yes — students, staff, classes and outstanding balances. We agree an approach before anything moves.
Do we need to install anything?
No. SchoolOval runs in the browser on phones, tablets and desktops. Your school gets its own web address.
Can teachers use their own grading scale?
Each school group can run its own scale — score bands, letters or grade points — with one active at a time.
Where is our data kept?
Each school gets its own separate database. Your records aren't mixed with any other school's.
